Happy Friday and Happy May 1st. Hope everyone is excited for the weekend, I surely am. I will be furniture hunting and picking up a new tv stand because at the moment our tv is sitting on a chair because I threw out the old one and moved all the furniture again. I like change every few months nothing wrong with that LOL. What are everyone’s plans for the weekend?

My mind is still on California, and these amazing views we saw driving down the Pacific Coast Highway. They were just breathtaking. This way was a bit longer and out of the way for us, but it was a to do and so worth it. The beauty of it doesn’t really get to be captured unless you are actually there. Being that I am not from the west coast and don’t get to see these views all the time, I surely took it all in. Driving through PCH there are several places to stop and eat, and we chose Deetjens, which was so lovely a cute little cottage and lodging establishment just tucked away into the forest. The food was so delicious, I definitely can’t complain. Definitely filled our bellies for the rest of the drive down. There are many eateries with the coastal view, but since we were on a little of a time crunch and they weren’t open yet. We were not able to visit them but definitely next time we go we will for sure. This lovely place also had cabins to stay in, they were all called different names, “The Honeymoon”, “The champagne room”, adorable if you ask me. Everything about our drive was just amazing, you are able to stop on the side of the road almost every few minutes to stop a take a closer view and pictures. We for sure did and I have to say, like I said before just breathtaking.

As far as outfit for the day, I do have to say it was very breezy but just by the coastal views (so maybe a dress was a bit much). I was really on the I’m getting married kick and wanted to look cute and wear white for sure LOL. Either way I was very comfortable in the dress, it is so adorable and the eyelet is very in these days. I scooped this piece at FOREVER21 and for under $30 it was quite a steal I have to say. This dress will definitely be seen around town a lot this summer, it is a very easy piece that can be both dressed up or down.

I hope everyone has a lovely weekend

Thank you so much for following or just reading along

XOXO

Nicole
